Experience and Expertise

Mr. McWilliams has been serving his clients in the financial industry since 1981. He was a licensed broker during the bull market of the early 80s and helped investors navigate the 1987 market crash commonly referred to as  "Black Monday". On that day, the market fell 22% when sell orders piled upon sell orders. The knowledge and expertise gained from that event is not something one can learn from a text book. Having experienced many significant market and economic events, Phil works with his clients to both evaluate and navigate these important periods of potentially vast market movements.

The Chinese use the same symbol for both crisis and opportunity. Phil has learned through his extensive experience and expertise how to not just survive bear markets, but how to profit from them. He uses both technical and fundamental analysis to evaluate both market risk and potential market opportunities.

Recovering from a bear market requires achieving larger gains than losses. For example, a drop of 50% requires a gain of 100% to just break even. Thus, it is important to protect one's gains as much as possible. As a result, Phil's highest priority is to attempt to protect his clients during these critical periods of market volatility.

Phil looks forward to the opportunity to use his expertise and years of experience to help you pursue your financial goals.
